Nicole King
Having grown up in the Metro Detroit area Nicole spent over 20 years in the banking industry establishing relationships with countless customers and fellow associates. In 2019, Nicole decided to start her own residential and commercial cleaning business called Nice and Clean by Nicole. Her hard work, attention to detail and customer driven solutions quickly garnered her a flourishing enterprise even during the rigors of the Covid-19 pandemic. Recently Nicole has moved her operations to Southwest Florida, where along with Matt Jantos she started the Province Property Group LLC. With her expertise in housekeeping, home watch and concierge services her ability to provide an all-encompassing solution for clients is second to none. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys boating, her beloved Detroit Lions and spending time with her dog Minni.
Matt Jantos
As the owner of NewCom Audio Video Systems, Matt has been providing audio video solutions for customers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida for the last 20 years. His clear and concise system designs provide functional and understandable options for his many customers. As a partner in the Province Property Group LLC, Matt uses his business and customer service acumen to provide solutions for his property watch clients. With Matt's vast experience in information technology, his IT Watch system provides an additional layer of observation, security, and peace of mind for property owners. In his spare time, Matt can be found golfing and rooting for his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
