We will visit your home on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to perform a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of your residence. Our multi-point check list for structural, moisture, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical is designed to provide a comprehensive report for checking your systems are in proper order. This limits exposure to potential damages and provides costs savings in the long run.
In addition to our on-site visual inspections, our IT Watch provides real-time 24/7 property analysis. We do this by keeping an eye on your home network, security systems, cameras, thermostats, moisture and other sensors to help fill in the gaps when someone is not physically there. With an understanding of your privacy and security this compliments our visit to your home.
Luxury Concierge
For our clients who's time is of essence, our concierge services are designed to assist them when there are not enough hours in the day. This includes shopping, luxury vacation planning, automobile maintenance and other specialty services. Whatever your need feel free to rely on us to make your experience pleasant and hassle free during your visit.
Technology Support
We provide audio/video & home automation services for our clients who have a connected home. This specialty option provides servicing of TV, Wi-Fi, internet, cameras, and security systems. This removes the customer from the frustration, time and hassle of dealing with poorly run service providers and keeps their technology systems up to date and working.
Cleaning
The Province Property Group provides scheduled cleaning services for our clients during their stay in their homes. In addition we provide enhanced deep cleaning services before and after arrival. Our home watch checklist can be integrated within our cleaning service similar to our visits when the customer is not at the residence.
